If you move from one computer to another with DidJiX, inevitably you end up meeting a sound card different from that encountered previously : in this case, Mixxx offers reconfigure the audio system...
Select Reconfigure...
And then, select the new sound card in the Master list...
Hi, struggeling right before:
ReplyDeleteAll file-systems are read-only in my version (the most actual but not french) so I am not able to copy the .mixxx directory to the DidJiX-Partition so I lose all my settings on every reboot. Is there any backdoor (grub-command) I could use to mount some partitions writeable?
Hi,
DeleteThis is really strange...
You don't talk about cdrom?
Hello, I would like to use your distro as mobile radio broadcasting studio (with berhinger usb mixer as input). It works fine, but i need to install lame from Internet after boot. Is there a way to install it pernamently? Also is there possible to upgrade mixxx to mimimum 1.11 where Latch mode of microphone was added?
ReplyDeleteHi,
DeleteHave a look here (http://didjix.blogspot.fr/2012/12/change-didjix-behavior-through-rc.html) and here (http://didjix.blogspot.fr/2013/02/hercules-dj-console-mk2-with-didjix-10.html).
Download lame package, move it to the second extended partition and update your .xinitrc script.
